A citizen wanting to make a complaint regarding an economic crime in should telephone the Economic Crimes Unit at (817)884-1661. When necessary, an economic crimes complaint form is mailed to the complainant. The complainant then must complete the form with as much information as is available and return it and all documents supporting the complaint to the office. All documents will be thoroughly reviewed. The narrative statement of the complainant will also be considered. If the matter has previously been reported to a police agency, that agency’s identifying number must be included.
